Newsflash: There Is No Obama Mania Media, Conservative Assholes!

Only 9% Of President Obama’s News Coverage Positive

TPM lets people know that this wasn't a free ride for President Barack Obama and the media. I can hear Sean Hannity say the "Obama Mania Mainstream Media" once again!

Study finds harsh media coverage for Obama

By Brian Montopoli, CBS News
President Obama "has suffered the most unrelentingly negative treatment" of all presidential candidates over the past five months, according to a study released Monday from the Pew Research Center's Project for Excellence in Journalism.

Pew found that Mr. Obama was the subject of negative assessments nearly four times as often as he was the subject of positive assessments. It found he received "positive" coverage nine percent of the time, "neutral" coverage 57 percent of the time and "negative" coverage 34 percent of the time.

The study, which was conducted using a combination of "traditional media research methods [and] computer algorithms to track the level and tone of coverage," cuts against the widespread conservative claim that the "liberal media" aides Mr. Obama and other Democrats while attacking Republicans.

Pew says it looked at coverage from more than 11,500 news outlets, including local and national broadcasts, news websites and blogs.

Mr. Obama's negative coverage could be explained in part by the fact that he is "covered largely as president rather than a candidate," Pew said - and coverage of him is linked to the struggling economy.

Among the Republican presidential candidates, Pew found that Rick Perry has received the most positive coverage of all the candidates, with 32 percent positive coverage. He was followed by Sarah Palin (31 percent), Michele Bachmann (31 percent), Herman Cain (28 percent) and Mitt Romney (26 percent.) Palin, a vocal critic of the media, ultimately decided not to seek the GOP nomination.

Perry had the best ratio of any candidate, with 32 percent positive coverage to 20 percent negative coverage, a 12 percent net positive ratings in terms of coverage. He was followed by Palin (with 9 percent net positive coverage), Bachmann (8 percent net positive), Cain (5 percent net positive), Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman (both with 4 percent net positive coverage.) Pew found that Cain surged in positive coverage starting in late August - even before he did so in the polls.

The only candidate who received more negative coverage than Mr. Obama was Newt Gingrich, whom Pew found was the subject of negative coverage 35 percent of the time. That can be attrubited in part to his early stumbles, including his criticism of the House GOP Medicare plan and the decision by top staffers to abandom Gingrich's campaign. While Pew found that Mr. Obama received just nine percent positive coverage, however, Gingrich received 15 percent positive coverage.

The candidates with the worst coverage ratio were Mr. Obama (25 percent net negative coverage), Gingrich (20 percent net negative), Rick Santorum (3 percent net negative) and Mitt Romney (1 percent net negative.)

As Politico's Keach Hagey notes, Pew found that Mr. Obama had widely positive media coverage during his first 100 days in office, with 42 percent positive coverage and 20 percent negative coverage.

Here's how Pew in part explains its meathodology - more can be found here:
To assess the tone of coverage, PEJ researchers then employed computer algorithmic software from Crimson Hexagon. Researchers conducted a tone analysis and then "trained" the algorithm to follow the same rules as they had themselves. PEJ also conducted inter-coder tests to ensure the computer coding was replicable and valid by comparing human coding to the results derived by the algorithm. The project also had different people build the algorithms separately to ensure that they were achieving consistent results. Each computer algorithm was then additionally tested for reliability by having multiple researchers review the content assessed and the results. The tone analysis was conducted on two different samples. The first was of the coverage and commentary on more than 11,500 news outlets, based on their RSS feeds. While the content is text based, the material on various television news sites often closely resembled the stories that had aired on television, and in some cases were exact transcripts. The second was from hundreds of thousands of blogs. (Facebook and Twitter feeds were not included after researchers found that the political assessment offered there was typically quite brief or referred to blog or news content.)

Case tests Ohio's guns-in-bars law | The Republican Culture War

I own a conceal carry permit to own a firearm.

The Ohio Republican legislature passed a open firearm in bar bill in 2011. The governor John Kasich, first term has been marred in controversy. The SB 5 bill which strips public sector unions of collective bargaining, calling the Upper Arlington police officer who stopped him "an idiot", partisan redistricting to favor Republicans, and his golf outing with Ohio House Speaker John Boehner, Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama has sunk job approval to low 40s.

Governor Kasich, the former host of Fox News program Heartland also has ties to NewsCorporation, Incorporated. The media network is involved in a major scandal over here and in the United Kingdom.

Here's an example of putting water on a grease fire:

Chad O’Reilly
Chad O’Reilly / Provided

Facts about Ohio’s new gun law

• The law allows people with concealed-carry permits to keep their guns with them when they enter one of the state’s 17,000 bars, restaurants or nightclubs where alcohol is served. The law also allows a permit holder to have a loaded handgun in a vehicle even if the gun is not secured in a holster or container.

• Businesses still can ban guns on their premises by posting a sign stating guns are not permitted.

• No one is allowed to drink alcohol while carrying a gun. Doing so is a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison.

• Eight other states specifically allow people with proper permits to carry guns into bars. A dozen other states prohibit guns in bars.
A Deer Park man became the first in Greater Cincinnati to face charges under Ohio’s “guns in bars” law Wednesday when he was arrested for threatening to kill a fellow bar patron.

Chad O’Reilly’s arrest came two weeks after the law took effect and immediately reignited debate between gun-rights activists and those who wanted to continue a statewide ban on guns in bars.

“This law is so absurd,” said Toby Hoover, director of the Ohio Coalition Against Gun Violence. “Without this law, maybe some fists would have flied. Instead, he’s waving a gun around.”

Supporters of the new law say it worked as intended in this case. They say O’Reilly will lose his concealed-carry permit and could face up to five years in jail if he is convicted of violating the new gun law – stiffer penalties than he would have faced under the old law.

“This fellow made a serious mistake,” said state Sen. Bill Seitz, R-Green Township, who supported changing the law. “Nothing in the law allows you to do anything other than carry a gun into an establishment if you have a permit.

“It does not give you license to brandish a gun and wave it around.”

Police say the incident occurred around 2 a.m. Wednesday when O’Reilly, who has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, got into a heated argument with another man at the H&H Tavern on Ohio Avenue in Deer Park.

They say O’Reilly, 25, walked out of the bar and returned a short time later with a .40-caliber semiautomatic Glock pistol in his hand.

According to the arrest report, O’Reilly shouted a racial slur at the man, who is Hispanic, and said, “I’m going to kill you.”

Deer Park police say O’Reilly’s friends ushered him out of the bar and police arrested him at gunpoint a few minutes later. He did not resist and no one was hurt.

O’Reilly, who police said had been drinking, was charged with aggravated menacing, ethnic intimidation, possession of a controlled substance (injectable testosterone) and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment.

The latter charge is related to Ohio’s new law, which allows concealed-carry permit holders to bring weapons into bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other places that serve liquor as long as they do not drink alcohol.

Ohio law previously had forbidden guns in those businesses, with or without a concealed-carry permit.

Because O’Reilly had been drinking, police say, he violated the new gun law. The other charges relate to the threats he is accused of making while brandishing the gun.

Ohio is one of several states to adopt some version of the guns in bars law, with gun-rights advocates arguing it makes sense to allow law-abiding citizens to carry their weapons rather than keep them at home or locked in a car when they go out.

The law does not allow drinking while carrying a gun and gives bar owners the option of putting up a sign banning guns on their premises.

The H&H Tavern had no such sign, but owner Dave Anderson said it soon will. He said his bar never had a problem with gun-toting patrons before and blames the new law for the incident Wednesday morning.

“I believe in the right to bear arms, but I believe that law was made in bad judgment,” Anderson said. “It’s not good for any small business to have people carrying firearms in.”

Deer Park police Lt. Daniel McCormack said O’Reilly told police he tucked his gun into his waistband, without a holster, before entering the tavern. The bartender told police he served O’Reilly two beers before the incident.

“I’m a shooter and I believe in concealed carry,” McCormack said. “But any time you have alcohol and guns, it’s just not a good mix.”

The same argument was made often when legislators debated the new law earlier this year. The Ohio Restaurant Association, with more than 2,400 members, opposed the law on grounds that alcohol and guns are a bad combination.

Seitz and others, however, have said the nearly 250,000 Ohioans with concealed-carry permits are law-abiding citizens who should be allowed to keep their firearms with them.

To obtain a concealed-carry permit, a person must complete at least 12 hours of training, including two hours on a firing range, pass a criminal background check and pay various fees.

Seitz said the potential penalties O’Reilly faces for violating the law should discourage other permit holders from drinking while carrying a gun.

“The draconian sanctions on those who violate this law will act as a deterrent on those who would do something foolish in the future,” Seitz said.

Anderson, the bar owner, said he just doesn’t want a repeat of what happened Wednesday morning.

“We’ve been in business 21 years,” he said. “We’ve never had a thing like this happen before.”

Are You Ready For Your Pink Slip? Redneck Singer Gets Canned From ESPN After Obama Rant!

Let's go back to the days of Don Imus.

I remember that one in particular Sean Hannity didn't have a problem with Imus' controversial rants of the female basketball players at Rutgers University. MSNBC pulled the plug on that show.

And within a few months, Imus talked to Roger Ailes about reviving his career and there you have it. The controversial talker is on Fox Business Network at the assistance of Sean Hannity pleading to Roger Ailes to hire "this guy on!"

Now onto this tobacco chewing, Jack Daniels breath smelling, douchebag!

Listening to how he's a frequent contributor to Fox News. His often blunt comments never got that much attention! It was the one time that he managed to throw a racial slur (i.e. Hitler). Then compare the analogy to an ally of the Fox News Channel like Benjamin Netanyahu, probably got the Jewish community upset.

So Sean Hannity will once again go on the defense of this guy! Expect Hannity to have him on his show and use his bumper music.

Then Roger Ailes will hire him on to contribute to pop culture.

Hank Williams, Jr. was either a drunk fool or a dumb fool! He was canned from ESPN's Monday Night Football after he went on a rant about President Obama.

Dog Whistle GOP Attorney General: Welfare Is Like Those Scavenging Raccoons!

Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning, a frontrunner to win the GOP nomination against Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE), compared poor people to scavenging racoons in a speech this week.

In a video captured by the liberal group, American Bridge 21st Century, Bruning makes the comparison as part of an elaborate metaphor originally focused on environmental regulations. He describes a requirement that workers at a construction project gather up endangered beetles by luring them into a bucket with a dead rat in order to release them elsewhere. But the plan is thwarted when hungry raccoons then eat them straight out of the rat-infested bucket. Which, according to Bruning, is a perfect image to illustrate how welfare recipients receive their benefits.

"The raccoons figured out the beetles are in the bucket," Bruning said. "And its like grapes in a jar. The raccoons - they're not stupid, they're gonna do the easy way if we make it easy for them. Just like welfare recipients all across America. If we don't send them to work, they're gonna take the easy route."

Fox News Blow The Dog Whistle: The Racists Listen.

Media Matters for America, a non-profit liberal media resource group has been gunning for Fox News over the past few years. With the first African American to be elected as president, Barack Obama and the network have been at odds over issues. And with that, comes the blatant disrespect and subtle racism to him.
The conservative network wasted no time trying to tie the high educated Obama with racial stereotypes of Black culture. Last year, the president stated that his interest in  hip-hop music rappers like Nas and Lil' Wayne, the website Fox Nation post the president's love for gangster rappers. First Lady Michelle Obama host a poetry session at the White House and invites rapper Common. Common becomes a "cop killing" rapper. Three days after the killing of Osama bin Laden. Now as the  president celebrates his birthday at the White House and invites Chris Rock and Jay-Z to the event, it's a "Hip-Hop BBQ".

Fox's 'gangsta rap' headline continues ghettoization of Obama

Say what you will—Fox Nation knows how to keep things unique. We also love the url for the item:
http://nation.foxnews.com/president-obama/2011/08/05/obama-parties-chris-rock-jay-z-and-whoopi-while-rome-burn

Towards the end of a recent interview with Rolling Stone, President Obama was asked about his musical preferences, he replied:
My iPod now has about 2,000 songs, and it is a source of great pleasure to me. I am probably still more heavily weighted toward the music of my childhood than I am the new stuff. There's still a lot of Stevie Wonder, a lot of Bob Dylan, a lot of Rolling Stones, a lot of R&B, a lot of Miles Davis and John Coltrane. Those are the old standards.
A lot of classical music. I'm not a big opera buff in terms of going to opera, but there are days where Maria Callas is exactly what I need.
Thanks to Reggie [Love, the president's personal aide], my rap palate has greatly improved. Jay-Z used to be sort of what predominated, but now I've got a little Nas and a little Lil Wayne and some other stuff, but I would not claim to be an expert. Malia and Sasha are now getting old enough to where they start hipping me to things. Music is still a great source of joy and occasional solace in the midst of what can be some difficult days.
Soul, folk, rock, R&B, jazz, "A lot of classical", and some rap; sounds like a fairly diverse musical palate. This represents the musical tastes of a number of Americans of the president's generation, especially those with school age children. Diversity is good, unless you are reading the Fox Nation website. According to Huffington Post, Fox Nation took this description and briefly posted the headline, "President of the United States Loves Gansta Rap" with photos of tattoo laden Nas and Lil' Wayne thrown in for "flava".

How does the president's acknowledgment of an appreciation for rap music become a love for "gangsta rap"?

This is not too subtle code language from conservative media that the "de-racialized" President Obama has an affinity for some element of African-American culture and this is something to fear. Here is another example in a long list of examples of how some elements in the media and politics continue to play to the fears of too many in America by fanning the flames of prejudice and racism.

Since his days as a candidate for the U.S. Senate in Illinois Barack Obama has talked about equality and one America. During his keynote address at the Democratic National Convention he said that the greatness of this nation can be summed up in the declaration, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal... There's not a black America and white America and Latino America and Asian America; there's the United States of America." In his famous "race speech" in 2008 Senator Obama talked about continuing the long march, "of those who came before us, a march for a more just, more equal, more free, more caring and more prosperous America."

For too many in this country, this de-racialized race-neutral politics coming from a man of African decent is something to fear. Former Republican congressman Tom Tancredo opened the Tea Party convention by calling for a reinstatement of Jim Crow type literacy tests for voters and saying, "This is our country...Let's take it back." Who's country is it and Tancredo wants to take it back from whom?

Recently in an interview with National Review's Robert Costa former House speaker Newt Gingrich said,

"What if [Obama] is so outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]? ...This is a person who is fundamentally out of touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful con, as a result of which he is now president." Again, not so subtle code language playing to the fear of President Obama's Kenyan heritage and to the unfounded rhetoric of the "birther" movement. Actually, anti-colonial behavior is a good thing if you are a victim of colonialism.

According to Rep. Pete King (R-NY), President Barack Obama is "probably the most threatened president ever." Most of these threats are not because of health care reform, the stimulus bill, or the problems with Israel. There are still too many people in America that refuse to allow him to govern as the president; they will oppose him at every turn because he's an African-American who is the president
 .
Numerous cartoons have featured President Obama and/or first lady Michelle Obama as monkeys, terrorists, or Muslim suicide bombers. What are they afraid of? President Obama has called for change not Mau Mau revolution. He is working within the established structure, not working to overthrow it. The president loves gansta' rap? During the Henry Louis Gates arrest in Cambridge, President Obama said that the arresting officers "acted stupidly" not as NWA said, "F**k the Police".

The Fox Nation claim that the "President of the United States Loves Gansta' Rap" is a bit far fetched and nothing but a scare tactic. It's the latest example in a long line of contradictions that are grounded in a fear of the African-American influence in a fictitious "post-racial" America. Or as Public Enemy would say, "Fear of a Black Planet".

Fox News and The Drudge Report caters to the worst of society. Subtle racism and misinformation creates the toxic environment that spawns in the conservatives who support the Tea Party let alone the entire Republican Party.

It Gets Worse..... We Seriously Need A Discussion On Race In America!

Redwinghigh
A Minnesota school district allowed a homecoming event called "Wigger Day," during which students wore clothes and behaved in a manner that "from their perspective, mimicked black culture," according to a federal a class action lawsuit filed against the district on Friday.

The suit alleges that despite student council voting on a "tropical theme" for homecoming in 2009, a group of approximately 60 students from the predominantly white school instead attended the event dressed for "Wigger Wednesday" in "oversized sports jerseys, low-slung pants, baseball hats cocked to the side and 'doo rags.'"

"Wigger is a pejorative slang term for a white person who emulates the mannerisms, language and fashions associated with African-American culture," the complaint explains.

Students also referred to the activity as "Wangsta Day" -- meaning "white gangsta" or "Red Winger gangsta" -- and created a Facebook group advocating for the event. (Warning: This Facebook link contains offensive language.)

The plaintiff, former Red Wing High School student Quera Pruitt, an African American, claims that the school's lack of intervention caused her "severe emotional distress including depression, loss of sleep, stress, crying, humiliation, anxiety, and shame." Pruitt filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Minnesota on behalf of an unnamed class of "all students who experienced discrimination as a result of Wigger Day." The complaint states the class could include more than 40 people.

Pruitt's attorney, Joshua Williams, says her family hoped the incident would be addressed following "Wigger Day" 2008. While it was never an officially-sanctioned school event, the family discovered "Wigger Wednesday" was something of a tradition.

After the 2009 incident, "[Pruitt's] mom came up to the school, attempted to reach out to the school board, the superintendent, and the principal, but Red Wing's response was essentially to sweep this under the rug and act like it didn't happen," Williams told The Huffington Post.

According to Williams, Pruitt became depressed, quit the cheerleading squad, left student council, skipped her senior prom and even considered dropping out of school.

Pruitt also declined to participate in the school's Martin Luther King Day ceremonies, considering the memorial a "farce." She graduated in 2010 and moved back to Little Rock, Ark.

Williams added that the school district has acknowledged that "Wigger Day" took place in 2007 and 2008, but neglected to prevent the event from happening in 2009.

Red Wing principal Beth Borgen and school district superintendent Karsten Anderson, both defendants in the suit, say the school is committed to creating a learning an environment free from discrimination.

According to a 2009 article on KARE-11, students participating in "Wigger Day" that year were immediately sent to change their clothes, but no additional punishment followed.

Williams, who is seeking $75,000 in damages for his client, did not know whether "Wigger Day" took place again in 2010.

A statement from Anderson obtained by HuffPost says the district "denies the allegations that it has created a racially hostile environment and looks forward to meeting these allegations in court."

Williams says that position is "symptomatic of Red Wing's response to 'Wigger Day' form the onset."

"The students shouldn't have felt empowered to hold 'Wigger Day' in 2009," Williams said. "These students were not disciplined, they were not counseled and they were not punished. This could have been a teachable moment."

That's Probably Why Chimpout And Niggermania Users Stay Anonymous! Black Man Knocks Out Racial Taunter!

"Skinhead" threatens to stab black man, gets knocked out

Was He On Chimpout Or Niggermania?
I Don't Know, But One Thing Is Clear!

HE GOT HIS ASS KNOCKED OUT!
A self-proclaimed skinhead was knocked unconscious by a black man after threatening to stab him last weekend in Bayview, Idaho, officials said Friday.

Daren Abbey, 28, was arrested on a malicious harassment charge after being treated at a hospital for facial fractures.

Abbey reportedly threatened to to stab Marlon Baker inside J.D.'s Resort on July 3 in Bayview after telling Baker he didn't belong in the bar because he was black.

Baker then left the bar to avoid a fight, but police say Abbey followed him to a marina about 300 yards away, called him racial slurs and again threatened to stab him.

Baker punched Abbey once in the face, knocking him to the ground unconscious.

Lt. Stu Miller said Baker acted in self-defense: "He felt threatened - there was an actual threat that was made that he was going to get stabbed."

Abbey told authorities that he is living as a transient in the Coeur d'Alene area after moving from Montana; he remains in jail on $75,000 bond for felony charges of malicious harassment and battery.

Heck, it wasn't a Black person that killed a Neo-Nazi!

A neo-Nazi leader who was featured in a filming 2010 was gunned down by his own son! Even if I strongly disagree with this scumbag and people like him, the shooting is a tragic incident of a family's messed up views of America.

Put that on Niggermania and Chimpout! I bet they are already believing it's a Nigger who commit the crime.

Authorities in Southern California are investigating the slaying of a well-known white supremacist leader who was shot and killed yesterday morning -- possibly by his own son.

Jeff Hall, 32, was found dead inside his Riverside home in the 5400 block of Lauder Court at about 4 a.m. Sunday. Hall died of a single gunshot wound from a "known assailant," the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner said in a press release.

According to the Riverside Police Department, authorities have detained Hall’s 10-year-old son. Contacted by The Huffington Post, a watch commander stopped short of calling the boy a suspect but did say investigators are not looking for any additional persons of interest.

"[His] juvenile son has been detained for further investigation," Lt. Bruce Loftus said. "He is the only one being detained."

Loftus, citing the ongoing investigation, declined to comment further.

Hall has been cited by multiple sources as a neo-Nazi and regional director of the National Socialist Movement. The organization's website describes the group as the "largest National Socialist Party operating in the United States of America today." They claim their core beliefs include "defending the rights of white people everywhere" and the "promotion of white separation."

Hall held a monthly meeting for the organization inside his home on Saturday afternoon. Roughly a dozen members of the group, along with a reporter from The New York Times, were present for the meeting. Hall reportedly discussed several items, including an upcoming "patrol" that was planned for the Mexican border in Arizona.

"This is a very active area right now," Hall told those present, the Times reported. "You guys get your Glocks cocked and get ready to rock. We’re going to the border. That's how we do it."

On Sunday, the NSM posted a brief message about Hall's death, saying the father of five was dedicated to the organization and spent "countless volunteer hours ... leading Patrols in efforts to halt illegal immigration. ...

Thank you for all the memories Brother. We miss you."

Some of Hall's Lauder Court neighbors, who claim to have been intimidated by Hall and the NSM, have had a different reaction to news of his death -- speaking as if an era of fearfulness had ended.

"Honestly, I feel like it's over," neighbor Juan Trejo told the Riverside Press-Enterprise. "It was scary here. Hopefully we’ll never see any of them again."

Missouri GOP Speaker of The House - Flood Black Town, Save Farmland

Huffington Post article: Republican leader jokes about flooding poor Black majority town. From the hometown of conservative radio king Rush Limbaugh. Cape Girardeau, Missouri State Representative and Speaker of The Missouri House makes a insensitive joke about nearby town Cairo, Illinois being overwhelmed by a potential flooding crisis.

Due to high rains, waters at the confluence of the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers are running dangerously high, and the mayor of Cairo, Illinois, located at the confluence, has asked residents to evacuate the town.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is considering a plan to destroy a levee, which would lower the floodwaters by a few feet and help protect Cairo. But the state of Missouri has vigorously objected to the plan, because it would badly damage around 130,000 acres of farmland, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Missouri's Republican House Speaker Steve Tilley was asked by reporters about the dilemma. "Would you rather have Missouri farmland flooded or Cairo underwater?" Tilley is asked.

Without hesitation, he replies, "Cairo. I’ve been there. Trust me. Cairo.”

As another reporter prepares to ask another question, Tilley goes on. “Have you been to Cairo? OK, then you know what I’m saying then.”

Cairo, Illinois (pronounced KAY-roh) was at the turn of the 20th century a bustling trade center. The 2,800-person town is now largely abandoned, two-thirds African-American, and deeply impoverished: nearly 50 percent of children under the age of 18 in Cairo live below the poverty level.

Many criticized the Speaker for what they described as insensitivity in the remarks. The Capitol Fax, which posted the video of Tilley's remarks, also has a press release from Illinois State Senator Gary Forby:
During a time when people are being asked to evacuate their homes and leave behind their belongings, it absolutely blows my mind that that type of dialogue is being thrown around by the Missouri Speaker. Not only is it in poor taste, but it absolutely disgusting that Speaker Tilley would joke about putting the lives of Cairo residents at risk by choosing farmland over a community.
The St. Louis Beacon notes that the Speaker has since issued an apology:
"I was asked a question about blowing up a dam in Missouri and the negative consequences that happened to Missouri," Tilley said. "As the speaker of the House, (I believe) my first responsibility is to Missourians. And in my effort to defend them, I went on to say some pretty insensitive and inappropriate remarks about Cairo."
Watch the remarks by Speaker Tilley:

On The Last Train To Insanity!

Brutal Beating Leaves Woman Convulsing

Drudge Report headline: 'Racial Beating'

The video has already gone viral, gaining thousands of views for the day.

White supremacist websites Niggermania and Chimpout, again!

The never ending conflict from these cowards with keyboards. Tom Shelly's racist shithole Niggermania is fuming up over the conservative agitator and gay activist Matt Drudge's link to a vicious beating at a McDonald's in Baltimore.

The attackers were teenagers, the victim was a transgendered.

The source of ire, Black teenagers, white woman.
A video of a vicious beating at a Baltimore County McDonald’s restaurant went viral Friday, garnering hundreds of thousands of views on websites and prompting the fast-food giant to issue a statement condemning the incident.
The video shows two women — one of them a 14-year-old girl — repeatedly kicking and punching the 22-year-old victim in the head, as an employee of the Rosedale restaurant and a patron try to intervene. Others can be heard laughing, and men are seen standing idly by.
Toward the end of the video, one of the suspects lands a punishing blow to the victim’s head, and she appears to have a seizure. A man’s voice tells the women to run because police are coming.
The three-minute clip was apparently first posted on YouTube, then taken down by administrators who said it violated the site’s policies. But it popped back up on other sites and was ultimately linked from the popular Drudge Report, which gave it top billing for much of the day.
Equality Maryland said the victim is a transgender woman and called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to step in and investigate the case as a hate crime. Police and prosecutors said they did not know whether the victim is a transgender woman.
“It does appear that the victim was a transgender woman, and she was brutalized while people stood by and watched,” said Lisa Polyak, vice president of the board of directors for Equality Maryland, an advocacy organization that fought unsuccessfully in the past legislative session for greater protections for transgender individuals.
“There’s no excuse for that violence under any circumstances, but we would encourage police to investigate as a hate crime.”
The police report does not provide a motive, but quotes one of the suspects saying that the fight was “over using a bathroom.”

The Smoking Gun reports- The police report identifies the victim as 22-year-old Chrissy Lee Polis, who appears identical to Christopher Lee Polis, whose rap sheet includes convictions for disorderly conduct, property destruction, and prostitution, according to court records. Polis told police that she was walking to the restaurant’s bathroom when she “got into a verbal argument with two black females” who “began punching her in the face with their fists and pulling her hair.”

The video featured on the Drudge Report shows two black women beating a white woman at a McDonald’s restaurant in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Various persons look on as the assault occurs. The victim is on the floor as both women punch and stomp her.

After the 2 women are done with the assault, they leave the restaurant. Soon after they re-enter and assault the woman again, dragging her to the front of the restaurant.

Eventually the beaten woman appears to have a seizure near the doorway. Her whole body begins to shake as her arms flap against the wall and window door.

The Baltimore Sun reports the victim was 22-years-old. Her condition is not yet known.

The 2 women are ages 14 and 18-years-old. The 14-year-old has been arrested and charged as a juvenile, according to the Associated Press.

McDonald’s has responded to the video, saying it is working with authorities to find out what exactly happened.

The women who commit this act upon the victim should face harsh punishment. No matter what the victim did in her past, the actions of these young women is callous and destructive.

The Smoking Gun reports that a manager at the Rosedale McDonald’s said she was “not allowed to speak to a reporter." In a corporate statement this afternoon, McDonald’s said it was “shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchise,” and called the incident “unacceptable, disturbing and troubling.” The firm added, “We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.”

Republican Fear Factor: Socialist Is Code Word N******!

Where do we go from here? Race-baiting and fear-mongering a tactic of conservative activism. It's frustrating that the Republican Party is determined to attack President Obama, but this "socialist" nonsense is really making me more likely to continue ignoring Republicans.

Just about 90% of Republicans/conservatives believe that President Obama is a "socialist", "Marxist", and/or other ridiculous accusation
s. So much for a post-partisan America!

Is it fair for me to say that anyone who criticizes President Obama by throwing the ridiculous "socialist" claim are Anti-American.

The conservative media have went into full spin with this "socialist" fear-mongering. And to top that, in my opinion as well as the title of this video, the Republicans and their allies in the conservative media have used "racial undertones" towards the president.

They won't say it, but they found a way to beat the odds!

There's a poll that frankly proves my point about this "socialist" nonsense. It's provided by Daily Kos/Research 2000:

  • 39 percent of Republicans believe Obama should be impeached, 29 percent are not sure, 32 percent said he should not be voted out of office.
  • 36 percent of Republicans believe Obama was not born in the United States, 22 percent are not sure, 42 percent think he is a natural citizen.
  • 31 percent of Republicans believe Obama is a "Racist who hates White people" -- the description once adopted by Fox News's Glenn Beck. 33 percent were not sure, and 36 percent said he was not a racist.
  • 63 percent of Republicans think Obama is a socialist, 16 percent are not sure, 21 percent say he is not
  • 24 percent of Republicans believe Obama wants "the terrorists to win," 33 percent aren't sure, 43 percent said he did not want the terrorist to win.
  • 21 percent of Republicans believe ACORN stole the 2008 election, 55 percent are not sure, 24 percent said the community organizing group did not steal the election.
  • 23 percent of Republicans believe that their state should secede from the United States, 19 percent aren't sure, 58 percent said no.
  • 53 percent of Republicans said they believe Sarah Palin is more qualified to be president than Obama.

Conservatives tend to be more likely racists, bigots and ignorant.

REST IN PEACE FRIEND.

Nygel S. Gibbs, shown here in a 2009 Montgomery County Sheriff's Office booking photo, was pronounced dead Saturday morning, Jan. 23, 2010, after a shooting in the parking lot of Wallaby's bar in Beavercreek.
Montgomery County Sheriff's Department photo Nygel S. Gibbs, shown here in a 2009 Montgomery County Sheriff's Office booking photo, was pronounced dead Saturday morning, Jan. 23, 2010, after a shooting in the parking lot of Wallaby's bar in Beavercreek.

BEAVERCREEK – Police continue to investigate and search for the shooter and possibly another victim after gunfire outside a popular college bar resulted in the death of a 24-year-old Dayton man.

Nygel S. Gibbs, of 1825 Riverside Dr., was pronounced dead Saturday morning at Miami Valley Hospital, said Sgt. Jim Wuebben, Beavercreek police. Gibbs was found shot in the parking lot of Wallaby’s, 2434 Esquire Dr., near the Mall at Fairfield Commons.

Multiple shots were reportedly fired in the parking lot of the bar near closing time about 2:35 a.m., police said.

Wallaby’s is a nightspot popular with college students. It is unknown if Gibbs was a student.

Police are searching for at least one shooter and possibly another victim who may have fled the scene.

They continue to investigate what led to the shooting, Wuebben said. “Detectives are working through leads at this point, as quickly as they can,” he said.

Anyone with information can contact Beavercreek police tip line at (937) 320-7393.

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records show Gibbs was arrested on weapons charges twice in 2006 and for felonious assault and tampering with evidence in 2004. Gibbs was arrested just before Christmas for aggravated robbery, according to Montgomery County Jail records.

He faced multiple charges in Dayton Municipal Court for traffic violations, carrying a concealed weapon and assault, according to court records.

A WHIO-TV report from July 2006 said Gibbs was taken by a roommate to Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton after a gunshot to the head ricocheted off his skull.

Mass of Ugliness!

Democratic Senate Candidate Martha Coakley is challenging Republican candidate Scott Brown for the U.S. Senate Election in Massachusetts. The seat was held by the late senator Edward Kennedy. If she loses this election, it may doom President Obama's agenda, and create another partisan divide that may affect 2010 U.S. Midterm Elections.

WAKE UP CALL FOR THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!

As you may know, the media is turning their eyes on Massachusetts. The U.S. Senate special election for the seat that once was held by Edward Kennedy, has turn uglier.

Scott Brown, the Republican is leading in a few polls and is posing as a major threat to the Democratic-filibuster proof majority. A relativity unknown Republican from Massachusetts may be the first in 40 years to win a seat in a strongly Democratic state.

The Republican Senatorial Campaign, conservative activists, and political opponents are pouring money into the campaign of Scott Brown.

The Democratic candidate Martha Coakley was leading throughout the entire month, but things have turned sour. Her campaign has turned ugly in the final days and needed the assistance of President Obama, former President Bill Clinton and many other Democrats to stomp for her. Many fault her for a lackluster campaign, and being too eager.

Scott Brown's popularity soured throughout the campaign, since being spotlighted on Fox News and conservative blogs. His political capital has benefited him in the social networking sites. Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter has an outpouring of support from conservative activists.

Republicans are hoping they seek victory after winning the governorships in Virginia and New Jersey.

Now I could be jumping the gun, but I can conclude that Brown may seek 2012 as a bigger step in his quest. The way he's going, I can see that Republicans want to line him up as a candidate for president.

Brown is a moderate and that may fit into the mode of New England residents.

I will see the results on the news and congratulate the winner of this election.

Twista Benefits From YouTube Glitch; Planning Reality Show By Chris Richburg

(AllHipHop News) An unusual surge in views on YouTube worked to rapper Twista’s gain.

A video featuring the rapper and rhyme collective Do or Die generated close to 80 billion views on the site yesterday according to the statistics.

The four-minute clip for the song “Do You” was posted by YouTube LadyMC311. According to reports, the video’s 79,441,058,538 views were the result of someone hacking into LadyMC311’s YouTube account.

As a result, “Do You” was briefly YouTube’s most viewed video of all time, eclipsing “Charlie Bit My Finger,” (147,246,806 views) and a performance from Britain’s Got Talent alum Susan Boyle’s (84,765,146 views).

Although questions have been raised regarding the validity of the “Do You” views, Twista sees the situation as a testament to the power of his fans.

“Yea I know it's wrong, and don’t have any idea who that could of been that did the hack,” the rapper told AllHipHop.com, adding that he has never heard of LadyMC311. “I don’t have any idea why they picked my video, but that definitely goes to show you that Twista got those true fans, and I definitely wanna say thanks to the No. 1 blessing.”

The YouTube hacking comes as Twista pursues a pair of non-music related ventures that will broaden his presence among the public as well as utilize his fame towards worthwhile causes.

“Right now I am producing my first reality show deal,” said the rapper, who couldn’t reveal specifics on the deal because “it's under wraps.”

“I just started my own non for profit company helping homeless kids get off the streets and help kids with autism get financial assistance,” the Chicago native stated.

The YouTube hack may be a good thing for Twista, but the talk surrounding the number of views being inflated for "Do You" is valid, as the numbers were false.

Upon checking this morning (January 8), the “Do You” video had 73,317 views since the clip was first posted on YouTube on September 6, 2006.

Despite the rumors, Twista has taken everything in stride as he jokingly put in a personal request to the person responsible for the “Do You” views.

“If you happen to do it again,” the rapper said, “make sure you hook me up a million members on twista.com or my Twitter page.”

8 Amazing Celebrity Comebacks Coming At You In 2010 | The Frisky

8 Amazing Celebrity Comebacks Coming At You In 2010 | The Frisky Kate Torgovnick

2009 was a big year for celebrity comebacks, with Mickey Rourke, Whitney Houston, Britney Spears, and Courteney Cox steppin’ back into the proverbial spotlight. But something tells me that 2010 is going to be even better. One comeback that has me extremely giddy: Mayim Bialik, aka “Blossom,” aka the girl who inspired me to wear hats and sew my very own tie skirt. Mayim disappeared off the pop culture radar screen for a while, and headed to UCLA to get a Ph.D. in neuroscience and start a family—she now has two children. Last year, she miraculously reappeared on an episode of “What Not To Wear.” And now, she’s making a run for a full-fledged comeback, with guest-starring spots on “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” and “Til Death.” Mayim said, “I am trying to see if the industry would like to see me as an adult actress and not as a teenager ... When I do personal appearances at colleges, I have to sort of backtrack and say, ‘In case you didn’t know, I was on after ‘The Fresh Prince’ for five years.’” [NY Post]

Oh, but that is just the beginning. Really. Here other soon-to-be comebacks that we’re very excited about.

  1. Jaleel White. Did somebody say “cheese”? You probably know Jaleel as Steve Urkel—or Stefan, if you watched “Family Matters” in later seasons. We’re very excited that he is back, starring in a new web series called “Road to the Altar.” The concept: Jaleel and his Jewish fiancĂ©e make their wedding into a reality show to fund their honeymoon. Let’s hope there’s a polka scene at the wedding, for Urkel’s sake. [Access Hollywood]
  2. Tiffany. If you were anywhere near a mall in the mid ‘80s, you were no doubt a big fan of Tiffany, who made me want red hair and a jean jacket, big time. Now that she’s 37, Tiffany is ready for a second act—she says she wants to record a country album this year. “I’ve had success after 20 years, and my fans have really been supportive of my new music, but my heart is in country music,” she says. “It’s a new pursuit for me, and I have some songs under my belt.” [The Boot]
  3. Julie Andrews. The hills are alive, with the sound of Juuuuu-lie. She hasn’t been on stage in 30 years, but the original Mary Poppins is set for a comeback concert in May at the 02 Arena in London. [Reuters]
  4. Pavement. In the ‘90s, there was one CD I played to the point where it was scratched beyond recognition—Pavement’s “Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain.” No one was sadder when the band disbanded in 1999. Luckily, 2010 is their reunion year. Not only is Pavement playing Coachella in April and New York’s SummerStage in September, but tickets sold out in 10 minutes, a year in advance. And the band is also curating the ATP festival in the U.K. [Taragana]
  5. Pepa and Chili. These gorgeous, kick-butt ladies are both thirds of uber-successful female musical groups. Pepa talked about sex in Salt-N-Pepa, and Chili chased waterfalls and rejected scrubs with TLC. Now VH1 is giving each of them a reality series about their lives as single women. Spicy! Sorry, I couldn’t resist that pun. [VH1]
  6. Little Richard. His hair might be intact, but his hip is not. Last month, Little Richard checked into the hospital for surgery on it. But on his way, he promised to be “rocking like the old days” soon with a comeback concert. [BBC]
  7. Tiffani Thiessen. For years, Tiffani (Amber) Thiessen was better known as the sweet-as-pie volleyball player/cheerleader Kelly Kapowski on “Saved by the Bell.” She gave herself a second act in the ‘90s when she joined the cast of “Beverly Hills, 90210” for the college years and stirred up serious trouble. Now she’s coming back again, with a role on the USA series “White Collar,” which is actually supposed to be pretty good. Go Bayside! [Right Celebrity]
My Response: I wish them success and good year. File this under the Washed Up Celebrities Blogspot. I am following that.........

Note To All White Supremacists: [Blacks] Fight Dirty!

Open forum, say something!

Niggermania and Chimpout, my gorilla lips will continue to be here on YouTube. And I will continue to be a thorn to both websites and anyone else who dares intimidate me!

The administrator of Niggermania finally got balls. On the MrBrianBeach profile, one of my videos was hit with a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint and YouTube/Google, Inc pulled the video. The forum falls under "fair use" and I will repeal the decision soon.

Again, Niggermania has no copyright, patent, trademark or international holdings whatsoever.

Read this carefully:

To all Black YouTube users, I don't represent any of the ramblings in this video. Nor I support any stereotypes these white supremacists portray Black people to be.

To all my subscribers, friends and supporters across the world: I am tolerant towards Blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Latinos, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, Native Americans, any nationality, women, gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgendered, the disabled and our U.S. military. We are all human regardless of skin color.

I denounce White Supremacists, Black Supremacists and any intolerant group. I do not associate with Niggermania, Chimpout, National Vanguard, Council of Conservative Citizens, the New Black Panther Party and the Black Hebrews.

This video contains product placements, vulgar language, insensitive comments, and frequent ramblings.

Casey Johnson DEAD: Tila Tequila's Girlfriend, Johnson & Johnson Heiress Dies At 30

If reality television star Tila Tequila's suffering from bad luck with relationships, today might be the worse!

LOS ANGELES (AP)— Casey Johnson, the socialite daughter of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson has died, a spokesman for the family and police said Monday. She was 30.

TMZ.com reported that Johnson was found dead Monday. Police officers responded to her Los Angeles home around 11:51 a.m. where paramedics had already pronounced Johnson dead, officer Sara Faden said.

Faden said she did not know how long Johnson may have been dead by the time authorities arrived.

She said Johnson's death may have been from natural causes since a preliminary death investigation didn't turn up any signs of foul play. But Faden added that a final cause of death will be determined by coroner's officials, who will seek toxicology tests. Results of those tests could take six weeks to obtain.

In a statement released through publicist Jesse Derris, the Johnson family says it "is mourning its tragic loss, and asks for privacy during this very difficult time."

Casey Johnson gained celebrity as the girlfriend of Tila Tequila, a reality TV star best known for "A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila," which ran for two seasons on MTV.

Tequila's publicist says the two were engaged.
